Where do you travel, and what is required for venue setup?
Based in the South West of England, we travel across the UK, Europe, and internationally for destination events. We require approximately 1.5 hours for complete setup and lighting calibration before your guests arrive, and 30–45 minutes for teardown after the studio wraps.

How do you integrate into event schedules, and what are the payment terms?
We align the studio operation directly with your agenda, running seamlessly during arrival receptions, pre-dinner networking, breakout intermissions, or late-night afterparties. Bookings are secured with a 50% non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event.
